Privatlivspolitik for ClockHub

Denne privatlivspolitik forklarer, hvordan appen ClockHub (“appen”, “vi”) behandler oplysninger, når du bruger den. ClockHub er en app til registrering af arbejdstid, bl.a. for skolepædagoger.

Dine arbejdstimer, arbejdspladser og lønoplysninger gemmes i din egen private iCloud-konto via Apple CloudKit. Vi (udvikleren) har ikke adgang til dem.

Vi sælger ikke dine data og bruger ingen anden sporing/analyse end det, AdMob kræver for at vise annoncer.

1. Hvilke oplysninger appen behandler

Data du selv indtaster: arbejdspladser, vagter/arbejdstimer, helligdags- og normindstillinger samt eventuelle lønoplysninger (fx månedsløn eller timeløn). Disse data gemmes lokalt på din enhed og synkroniseres til din private iCloud via Apple CloudKit, så de er tilgængelige på dine egne Apple-enheder. Dataene ligger i din iCloud-konto – ikke på vores servere – og vi har ikke adgang til dem.

Oplysninger ved annoncer (Google AdMob): Når der vises annoncer (dvs. hvis du ikke har ClockHub Pro), kan Googles Mobile Ads SDK indsamle og behandle oplysninger som IP-adresse, enheds- og annonce-id’er (fx IDFA), oplysninger om din interaktion med annoncer samt diagnostiske oplysninger. Det bruges til at vise annoncer, måle effektivitet og forebygge svindel.

Køb: Køb af ClockHub Pro håndteres af Apple (App Store/StoreKit). Vi modtager kun status på, om købet er gennemført – ikke dine betalingsoplysninger.

2. Annoncer og dine valg

Appen bruger Google AdMob til at vise annoncer til brugere uden ClockHub Pro.

Personaliserede annoncer: På iOS beder vi om din tilladelse via Apples App Tracking Transparency (ATT), før der vises personaliserede annoncer. Giver du ikke tilladelse, vises kun ikke-personaliserede annoncer.
Brugere i EØS/Storbritannien: Før annoncer vises, beder vi om dit samtykke via en samtykkeløsning (Googles UMP/CMP) i overensstemmelse med GDPR. Du kan til enhver tid ændre dit valg.
Fjern annoncer: Køber du ClockHub Pro, fjernes annoncerne, og AdMob indsamler ikke længere annonceoplysninger i appen.

3. Hvorfor vi behandler oplysningerne (retsgrundlag)

Levering af appens funktioner (opbevaring og synkronisering af dine registreringer): nødvendigt for at kunne tilbyde tjenesten. Selve synkroniseringen sker via din egen iCloud.
Annoncer: på grundlag af dit samtykke (for personaliserede annoncer/sporing) og legitim interesse (for grundlæggende, ikke-personaliseret annoncevisning).
Køb: opfyldelse af aftale, når du køber ClockHub Pro.

4. Deling af oplysninger

Vi sælger ikke dine personoplysninger. Oplysninger kan blive behandlet af:

Apple (iCloud/CloudKit og App Store) som led i opbevaring/synkronisering og køb.
Google (AdMob), når der vises annoncer.

Disse parter behandler oplysninger efter deres egne privatlivspolitikker.

5. Overførsel til lande uden for EØS

Google (AdMob) kan behandle oplysninger på servere uden for EU/EØS, fx i USA. Sådanne overførsler sker på grundlag af Googles relevante overførselsmekanismer (fx EU’s standardkontraktbestemmelser). Apples iCloud-behandling sker i henhold til Apples vilkår.

6. Opbevaring

Dine registreringer i appen opbevares, så længe du har dem i appen/din iCloud. Du kan til enhver tid slette data i appen eller administrere og slette dem i din iCloud-konto. Annonceoplysninger opbevares af Google i henhold til Googles politikker.

7. Dine rettigheder (GDPR)

Du har ret til at anmode om indsigt i, berigtigelse eller sletning af dine personoplysninger samt til at gøre indsigelse mod eller begrænse behandlingen og til dataportabilitet. Da dine app-data ligger i din egen iCloud, kan du selv slette dem direkte i appen eller i iCloud. Du kan kontakte os på [email protected]. Du har også ret til at klage til Datatilsynet (datatilsynet.dk).

8. Børn

ClockHub er beregnet til professionelle (fx pædagoger) og er ikke rettet mod børn. Vi indsamler ikke bevidst oplysninger fra børn.

9. Ændringer

Vi kan opdatere denne politik. Væsentlige ændringer vil fremgå af datoen “senest opdateret” øverst.

This privacy policy explains how the ClockHub app (“the app”, “we”) handles information when you use it. ClockHub is a work-time tracking app, including for school pedagogues.

In short

Your work hours, workplaces and pay information are stored in your own private iCloud account via Apple CloudKit. We (the developer) cannot access them.
The app shows ads via Google AdMob. Buying ClockHub Pro removes the ads.
We do not sell your data and use no tracking/analytics beyond what AdMob needs to serve ads.

1. What information the app processes

Data you enter: workplaces, shifts/work hours, holiday and norm settings, and any pay information (e.g. monthly or hourly pay). This data is stored locally on your device and synced to your private iCloud via Apple CloudKit so it is available on your own Apple devices. The data lives in your iCloud account – not on our servers – and we have no access to it.

Advertising information (Google AdMob): When ads are shown (i.e. if you do not have ClockHub Pro), Google’s Mobile Ads SDK may collect and process information such as IP address, device and advertising identifiers (e.g. IDFA), information about your interaction with ads, and diagnostic information. This is used to serve ads, measure performance and prevent fraud.

Purchases: ClockHub Pro purchases are handled by Apple (App Store/StoreKit). We only receive whether the purchase succeeded – not your payment details.

2. Ads and your choices

The app uses Google AdMob to show ads to users without ClockHub Pro.

Personalized ads: On iOS we ask your permission via Apple’s App Tracking Transparency (ATT) before showing personalized ads. If you do not allow it, only non-personalized ads are shown.
Users in the EEA/UK: Before ads are shown, we request your consent via a consent solution (Google’s UMP/CMP) in line with GDPR. You can change your choice at any time.
Remove ads: Buying ClockHub Pro removes ads, and AdMob no longer collects advertising information in the app.

3. Why we process information (legal basis)

Providing the app’s features (storing and syncing your records): necessary to provide the service. The sync itself happens via your own iCloud.
Ads: based on your consent (for personalized ads/tracking) and legitimate interest (for basic, non-personalized ad serving).
Purchases: performance of a contract when you buy ClockHub Pro.

4. Sharing of information

We do not sell your personal data. Information may be processed by:

Apple (iCloud/CloudKit and the App Store) for storage/sync and purchases.
Google (AdMob) when ads are shown.

These parties process information under their own privacy policies.

5. Transfers outside the EEA

Google (AdMob) may process information on servers outside the EU/EEA, e.g. in the USA. Such transfers rely on Google’s relevant transfer mechanisms (e.g. the EU Standard Contractual Clauses). Apple’s iCloud processing is governed by Apple’s terms.

6. Retention

Your records in the app are kept for as long as you keep them in the app/your iCloud. You can delete data in the app at any time, or manage and delete it in your iCloud account. Advertising information is retained by Google in line with Google’s policies.

7. Your rights (GDPR)

You have the right to request access to, correction or deletion of your personal data, to object to or restrict processing, and to data portability. Because your app data lives in your own iCloud, you can delete it yourself directly in the app or in iCloud. You can contact us at [email protected]. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority (in Denmark: Datatilsynet, datatilsynet.dk).

8. Children

ClockHub is intended for professionals (e.g. pedagogues) and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

9. Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be reflected in the “last updated” date at the top.
